What is a SIM card?

SIM stands for Subscriber Identity Module, and simply put, is a small chip that you put in your phone or wireless device that allows you to make and receive phone calls, text message, and/or connect to the internet.

What is a micro SIM card?

Similar to the standard SIM (please see above) but smaller in size. It is used in devices such as the iPhone 4, 4S and others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What is a nano SIM card?

Nano SIMs are the smallest SIM cards available in the market. They are 12.3mm wide, 8.8mm high and 0.67mm thick which makes them 40% smaller than the micro SIM cards.

 

 

 

 

Why do I need an SAdapter?

If you have a micro or nano SIM card that you need to share between two or more devices that use a different SIM standard, then you’ll need an SAdapter

Within Canada: 2 to 4 business days
